Subscriptions automatically renew for the same term at the stated plan price unless canceled before renewal. Monthly renews at $80, 6 months at $432, and annual at $768. We’ll send an advance renewal reminder for prepaid plans.
To cancel a renewal, email info@nextplayer.tv. Your service continues through the end of the period you’ve paid for. Prepaid subscription payments are generally non-refundable, with no prorated refunds for unused time, except where required by applicable law.
The preconfigured HDMI device remains NextPlayer property and is supplied for use during your subscription. Please return it within 30 days after your service ends. Contact us for return instructions and confirmation of shipping arrangements.
Monthly customers pay a one-time $30 refundable deposit. We refund it after the device is received in working condition, allowing for normal wear; the deposit is retained if the device is not returned. Six-month and annual customers pay no deposit, but are still asked to return the device when service ends.
Final billing and delivery details, including any applicable tax or shipping charges, will be confirmed before payment.
